Conditions for returning goods
Law on Consumer Protection
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated 05/12/1991, perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange. The document provides the following wording: "The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased if the product does not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by him for destination".
According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the list includes:
- perfume and cosmetic products;
- personal care products;
- underwear;
- Manicure and pedicure tools
What can be returned
The client must understand that the return or exchange of goods is possible only within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. We always try to meet the needs of our customers, so you have the right to return the goods if:
- This product is not included in the list approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994;
- you received an item of inadequate quality;
- the contents of the parcel do not match what you ordered (packaging, bundling, etc. is broken);
- the product has not been used and has no traces of use;
- Item is complete and undamaged;
- if this is the product that our store sold.
The procedure for the exchange or return of goods
- Take a photo of the product itself (complete set, label and packaging).
- Send us a photo in an email to order@kodi-professional.ua with a note “Return” or “Exchange”, be sure to indicate the order number.
- Wait for a call from our manager to resolve the situation.

Refund
Refunds are made by standard bank transfer to the account previously specified by the recipient. Returns should be expected on average within 3 working days after the return of the product itself to the warehouse of the online store.
Useful information
When receiving the goods, always carefully inspect the package in the presence of the courier or at the post office. If there are negative visual changes, you can refuse to receive the package.
It is forbidden to return used goods or goods with damaged packaging.
If you received the package and picked it up from the post office, it means that you are completely satisfied with what you ordered.
Product of inadequate quality is a product that does not meet the declared characteristics (description on the site).
The colors of the goods may differ from those declared on the site, since the color reproduction largely depends on the individual settings of the screen of your gadget.
Return and Exchange Rules
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of order payment. Products can only be returned if they have not been opened, used and are in 100% new condition (with all security seals and packaging intact).
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- gel polishes;
- bases and tops;
- special manicure and pedicure products;
- tools;
- underwear;
- lip glosses;
- eye shadows and foundations;
- lipsticks other make-up products without a protective seal.
How and where can I return/exchange products?
To return/exchange goods, please send an email to wholesale@kodi-professional.eu marked "Return" or "Exchange" and provide the following information:
- a photo of the product, which shows the shortcoming/defect
- a photo of the label
- a photo of the package.
- name and contact number of the customer
After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
Please note
- All shipping costs for the return procedure rest with the buyer.
- Always carefully inspect the order in the presence of the administrator, courier or at the post office. If there are any discrepancies, you can refuse to receive the order.
- The packaging must be mandatory preserved in its original form, otherwise the exchange/return of the products is not possible.
- It is forbidden to return products that have been used or have damaged packaging. The refund procedure takes 5 working days.
