Exchange & Refund
The Seller reimburses all amounts received as payment from the Customer, including, as the case may be, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he is informed in the connection with the Customer's decision to withdraw from the Contract.
Refunds are made using the same payment methods as those used by the Customer for the initial Transaction.
The Seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the Customer has explicitly chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by the Seller.
The Seller may postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the Products that were the subject of the Contract or until the moment of receipt of proof from the Customer that he has sent the Products to the Seller, whichever is the closest date.
According to the legislation in force applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, the right of withdrawal is not ensured in the case of:
- service contracts, after the full performance of the services, if the execution has begun with the express prior consent of the Customer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the full execution of the Contract by the Seller;
- the provision of Products made according to the specifications presented by the Customer or clearly customized;
- providing Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- the provision of sealed Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Customer;
- the supply of Products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
